Clear and partially grade overgrown areas of my yard

I have 4 small areas of my backyard that are overgrown with weeds, rocks and the occasional tree stump. I need someone to clear it and possibly grade it some (1 area is on a moderate slope) so I can plant grass and trees. There’s a corner of my yard where everything can get pushed to. I’m assuming you’ll need a bobcat/skid steer for this. There’s 4 (possibly more) tree stumps in these areas. Let me know if it’s possible to take those out as well. I would guess the combined sales ft for the 4 areas is maybe 3,000 sq feet. See photos. Looking for someone in the next couple weeks. Can pay cash.
