The ideal candidate for this role would have previous maintenance experience, along with a clean driving history and the ability to work days, with weekend shifts required.
• Landscaping and snow removal
• General housekeeping assignments
• Light electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, as required
• Carpet cleaning and floor care
