I've been around the block a few times with employees who can't seem to get a job done without constant management, and now I'm looking for MANAGERS who can work as part of a crew (or alone if needed) and complete jobs with little supervision from me. I only need people who are experienced with AT LEAST one of the following areas: - Hardscapes - Sod Installation - Sprinkler Systems - Fencing (cedar, vinyl, chain link, 3-rail, etc...) I will pay a percentage of each job OR a very competitive hourly rate, depending what you bring to the table. If you're making an hourly rate now, I will probably beat it, but ONLY if you are experienced, responsible, and reliable. Most likely, hourly rates will come down to $25+ per hour and if you work faster, a percentage of each job would be even higher. I already have a full schedule and we are booked out far enough that I need to have more than one crew running most of the time, and that's where you come in. If you can take ownership of each job and I can rely on you to complete a job well, then I'll pay you what you're worth. Here's what I provide: - Jobs - already bid out, already scheduled - Materials - we'll have them ready at the job site for you - License & Insurance - we are covered and we'll get you covered if you're not already. Here's what I need from you: - On-time arrival each day - Professional demeanor, especially when talking to customers - Ability to work well with others & communicate clearly - Experience - I'm not afraid to hire people that know more than I do about landscaping.
