The Provincetown Walk for Alzheimer's raises funds for free support services for Alzheimer's families on Cape Cod. This year, the Provincetown Walk for Alzheimer's will be better than ever, with live music, lunch by Cosmos Catering, and more festivities to be announced. The event is free and the public is encouraged to attend to support families, neighborhoods, and communities living with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases.
