Hi, Just signed the lease on a 10x10 sqft studio space at 2 Prince St Downtown Brooklyn and I'm looking to split the rent with someone down the middle ideally asap. I will be using the room to mostly do my own drum practice and get back into taking lessons. Ideally I’m after a drummer who may want to house their own drums in it and who wouldn’t mind if I could use them myself. (Have my own snare, kick and cymbals). As you'll see I have my own electric kit in there. It's a great facility with 24/7 access, WiFi, Elevator, Key pad access. My studio is on the 2nd floor.  Of course anyone wanting to find a room for their particular instrument is welcome. Let’s just chat. I work a full time 9 - 5 so there is tons of time to use the space around me. If we split it down the middle you would be looking at $285 per month. Power and Wifi included in this price.
