Need to install a mini-split heat pump with a single head, per the following scope of work. -Assemble the condenser stand and rubber feet and install the condenser on a side of the garage. -Install a single head in the finished garage upper floor space, about 12' up the wall from the upper floor. -Run a provided 50' line set as well as provided low voltage line between the head and the condenser -Connect a provided condensate line to the nearby drain. -Vacuum, test, fill refrigerant and make the unit operational and make any adjustments. -A live AC disconnect will be provided nearby. This is the unit to be installed. This project is available on 5/20, please reply with a rough cost. You should not need additional parts for this, as everything was supplied with the kit.
