Company Description We are the premier landscaping company in South Florida, recognized for our exceptional landscape maintenance, enhancements, and arbor care. We maintain some of South Florida’s most notable commercial properties, healthcare facilities, communities, and municipalities. Job Description We are currently seeking an account manager. The account manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and oversees the operations for multiple landscape maintenance accounts. The focus will be on client retention and ancillary sales. Services include grounds maintenance, irrigation maintenance, landscape enhancements, and coordinating arbor care work with in-house Arbor Care Supervisor. Essential Functions Ability to manage work group of approx. 20-30 employees effectively and efficiently Communicate and coordinate with the General Manager for accurate completion of all jobs Be familiar with each account, and ensure we are performing all scheduled tasks as per contract spec Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best management practices of landscape maintenance, and company standards Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for required maintenance Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times Ensure accounts meet acceptable gross margins Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers Requirements 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance and related fields 3+ years of customer service experience Comfortable with sales and talking to clients Landscape industry / horticulture certifications preferred (FNGLA, ISA, LIAF) Knowledge of plant material, trees and palms Attention to detail when working in a fast-paced environment Good time management skills Must be fluent in English and Spanish Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to prioritize and multi-task Punctual and dependable We are a drug-free workplace and equal opportunity employer
