US Trades is hiring Temporary Employees for a 3 week project, working 40 hours per week. Email your resume to [email protected] if interested. Hours will be 7:30 am – 4:30 – Monday through Friday ***Work May 24th to June 11th ***Off on May 31st for Memorial Day •2 each 15 minute breaks and half hour lunch staggered to avoid crowds due to Covid-19 •Parking available •Breakroom on site. Employees must bring/supply: *Hardhat *Steel-toed shoes *High visibility vest or shirt, *Covid-19 face mask that covers nose and mouth Work to be performed: Loading Plastic totes into Automatic Inventory System which includes: Full Training and Walk Through will be provided prior to start of work which includes: •Unwrap totes from plastic wrap with cutter tool (tools and gloves provided) •Removing all wrap from totes and place into garbage •Removing plastic holder pieces from totes for shipping •Drop and collect plastic holder pieces into collection bin for recycling •Place clean tote into squareness checking tool (set aside rejected totes) •Place tote on induction station square area •Use hand scanner to scan barcode and it will automatically load into system •Operate computer screen as trained •Insert dividers into the bins as needed •Use pallet jack to bring new pallet of totes to the station that are near as needed •Notify managers if any robots stuck or help needed with computer, etc. •Employees will be working in two-member teams at each load site (11 total) •Support personnel rotating through the area helping to remove full garbage, bring in new pallets, help resolve problems, as issues happen. Type of work: Employees will •Have hands on training •Be standing most of the day •Be reaching, bending, stretching •Lift light plastic totes – nothing heavy •Use computer screens and bar code scanner •On Site support staff for backup/problem resolution •Coordinate with team members (set up in teams of 2 people) •Switch duties to break up routine •Repetitive work
