Color Factory Inc’s is seeking a motivated and experienced Painting Sub-Contractor to assist in our large scale projects ranging from residential communities to high rise communities in the Broward/Miami Dade Area. We specialize in both re-paint projects and new construction projects. We need a highly professional, organized, reliable and detail-oriented subcontractor. Excellent leadership skills is a must. In business for 17 years, Color Factory is the largest painting contractor in the US as well as a General Contractor for renovation projects. Vehicles All necessary equipment (spray machines, ladders, scaffold, etc) Workers compensation Management skills At least 3 years experience (Proof required)
