By buying a shuttle ticket I understand that COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and that COVID-19 infections and deaths have been confirmed throughout the United States, including in the state where the Facility is located. I release, waive, discharge and agree not to sue 9139249 Canada Inc. dba. Bus.com, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) for any known or unknown claims, losses, damages, liability, demands, actions, injury or death relating to COVID-19 or any other illness or injury that I (and/or my minor child) may sustain while on a Bus.com bus in the Facility, regardless of whether caused by the negligence or other fault of Releasees or any third party.
