Mark's Marine, a busy Marine Dealer is looking for a new Yard Supervisor and Forklift Operator to manage our Busy service yard. We are a family owned dealership that focuses on Fishing and pontoon boats and we're looking for a new team member to be with us for the long haul. This position will be responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly yard and storage facility, take care of all boats in Mark's Marine's possession, unload new boats arriving from the factory, and inspect, move and/or deliver boats to our customers. This is a full time Year round position in a busy service yard. Job Duties Include • Follows all safety precautions and procedures at all times • Receives storage boats from service department after winterized for storage and places for long term storage • Organize all boats neatly with consciousness to yard space and post-storage delivery schedule • Map location of all storage boats • Report any damage or problems to service manager in writing • Ensures that no damage is done to boat during handling • Performs a final check of operation and cleanliness of boat before delivery and reports any concern to service manager • Post-storage prep for all storage boats • Ensures all equipment is in good working condition at all times • Reports all damaged or malfunctioning equipment to department head • Attends department meetings as required • Performs other related duties as assigned Previous Marine experience is preferred.
