Small lost dog

Small breed dog was picked up by a stranger near NORMANDIE and PROVIDENCE in the Garland area. I was in the vet’s office when the pooch was brought in and once they scanned her for a chip (no luck) they decided to let me try to find her home rather than leave her to the unpredictability of SCRAPS. (I rescue and return a lot of animals, it’s almost a hobby). Anyhoo this little lady seems to be partially blind and very jittery. Very quiet for the most part, but definitely has a big bark when she needs it. My guess is a terrier mix. As I always do, no picture provided on my end until I feel confident I’m working with the real owner so please message me a picture of your lost baby if you think she fits this description. I’ll be walking her around that neighborhood a few times this week asking if people recognize her and I’ll call around to shelters and vets with my name and contact info. I’ll also be looking online at lost dog posts. Thanks for your help! NO calls. Texts and emails preferred.
