Monthly Perk tickets to share with friends/family 30% Food Discount + Employee Meals/Appetizers specials ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • With limited direction, perform maintenance and equipment repairs to all Spirit Mountain Facilities. • Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and upkeep, including landscaping, snow removal, surface prep and other task-related activities. • Perform housekeeping and event set up and tear down activities including late night room flips. • Oversee all refuse disposal and recycling activities. • Must be experienced in operating and maintaining equipment such as snow plow trucks, skid-steer loaders, snow blowers, lawn and garden equipment and other equipment as deemed necessary to maintain the buildings and grounds. • Must operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner. • Operate facility maintenance equipment, including vacuum, carpet cleaner, plumbing and carpentry tools. • Must work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments. • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using critical thinking skills. • Work closely and communicate frequently with other departments. • Promote and maintain a friendly and upbeat experience for our customers.
