I502 producer/processor in Bellingham is searching for the right person to fill a new Garden Assistant position. Job duties will mainly consist of helping in the Garden and Veg. room under the direct supervision of the Head Grower and Managing Partner, although other duties may be included. This is a full-time position; workdays are typically Monday through Friday, but Saturdays and Sundays may also be needed. The right candidate will: - Be punctual - Be Detail Oriented - Be able to take constructive criticism - Be a team player - Has the ability to learn our processes and procedures - Have access to reliable transportation - Be responsible - Be flexible - Have a great sense of humor - Be 21+ Years of Age - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment - Be willing to take direction - Be able to perform repetitive work for most of work shift Knowledge of Cannabis growing practices and the I502 industry in Washington is helpful, but not required for this employment opening.
