We need a marijuana trimmer to join the team. The only experience needed is trimming, and can be trimming for medical, I-502, friends garden, etc. You will need to be able to trim in the range of 1-3 pounds of product per day. You will have a Manager ensuring quality is up to our standards, and the amount of flower to be trimmed has been established by current employees. Our top experienced trimmers can get over 3 pounds in an 8 hour shift. If you can reach this level, you will be given a raise immediately. Although the main focus of this position is trimming; we use our Processors to fill in other departments. We are a smaller facility so being flexible and helping clean, harvest, package, or assist with miscellaneous projects is a plus. Company provided health insurance. Over double the state mandated paid time off amount which is 106 hours of paid time off annually. Review done after first 90 days in which financial increase is possible with good performance. Then performance reviews done on hire date anniversary. Must be available to work over 30 hours per week and would prefer full-time. The facility is open 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday.
