Rose Construction Inc, is seeking a skilled, lead carpenter to join our team. We are a well established residential remodeling company specializing in all facets of remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, family rooms, and additions. We are looking for someone that is: Punctual Courteous Professional Accountable Responsible Puts safety first A team player Has a great attitude Follows all safety rules and precautions Detail oriented A team leader Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivery/Pickup of materials Dump runs Demolition Jobsite clean up Must be able to lift 50lbs Proficiency with hand and power tools. Framing, siding, cabinet installation, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, and more. Be able to assist or work solely on all types of remodels including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and entire homes. Be able to work as part of a team or independently on projects. Have strong communication skills when working with clients and trade partners. Delegate tasks to helper(s) Qualifications: 5+ years as a carpenter Proficient with power tools Extensive experience completing projects from start to finish A master at reading and understanding blueprints All applicants must have their own transportation, a valid driver's license, and clean driving record. (Use of a company vehicle will be determined during the probationary period.) Interviewees will be subject to a background check including criminal history and driving history.
