Yoga can be a tremendous support when your body feels out of control.
In this 90 minute, once a month class, we will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to regulate and balance the endocrine system. Womxn of all ages and physical conditions are welcomed and it will particularly benefit those suffering from hormonal disorders (PCOS, PMS, irregular periods, and thyroid imbalance).
