Rid your body of toxins and stagnant energy this Spring with a 90 minute yoga & reiki class.
Yoga teacher & Reiki practitioner Carrie Pokorney combines a gentle, introspective practice with energy healing to create space in body, mind, and soul. Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing modality that transmits through a practitioner's hands to the receiver. Slow yoga and Reiki both promote relaxation, stress relief, and create balance within the body.
We will begin with gentle stretches, twists, and movements followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures and generous doses of Reiki.
Come as you are (with extra comfortable clothes). Leave lighter, balanced, and restored. Class size is limited so please call to reserve your spot.
