A group for men to come together to support each other with their challenges and to learn how to navigate their navigate life challenges. Join Our Weekly Men's Group for Men ages 18+ A men’s support group is a small bunch of men coming together to support each other with their challenges and to learn how to navigate their own challenges in healthy ways. The purpose of a men’s support group is to help guys experience more personal growth, mental health, success and happiness. Meetings will include discussions around divorce, breakups, anger management, work and purpose, family issues and other conversations that men typically may not want to talk about. With a supportive group of men, you will likely experience the following common benefits: become more successful in work and life , get through a divorce/ breakups in a healthy way, be a better father , have a place to vent and lighten the load , experience more happiness , create memories with guys that share more of your values and goals , have a healthier romantic relationship , improve your overall mental health and learn to communicate better with loved ones.We hope you will experience the above men’s group benefits and more! This group is currently being offered at our Park Ridge office, but we hope to expand it again soon at our Chicago, Barrington and Lake Forest offices. Participants will need to complete a 45-minute evaluation prior to enrollment, unless they are already receiving individual treatment at the Counseling Speaks, LLC Groups are held in-person at our Park Ridge office on Tuesdays from 10-11AM and RSVP is required. The cost of each session is $30. Space is limited to 12 participants. The group is an open group. Please be aware that safety guidelines in efforts to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus will be enforced during the event, including wearing a mask and maintaining a physical of distance of at least 6 feet at all times.
