We are recruiting elite, experienced, qualified painters with carpentry skills for immediate work. We need crews who have lots of experience with residential repaints. We do not work on new construction. If you are honest, hardworking, reliable, have great communication skills and take pride in your work, then you may have the characteristics to work with Zia Construction Group, LLC. of Sugar Land, TX. We have work in New Territory, Missouri City, Stafford, All of Fort Bend County, Mid Town, Pearland, Richmond and the greater Houston area. *You must have experience with sheet rock installation* REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS OF SUBCONTRACTORS • You must be fluent in English and be on site throughout the completion of the job. • You must have the ability to work with the customer, representing Zia Construction Group, LLC. in a professional manner. • Be legally allowed to work in the US. • Have a valid Drivers License and Tax EIN Identification Number. • Pass a background check. • Own your own reliable transportation with, ladders, sprayers, painting equipment, and carpentry tools. • Show up on time and be dependable. • Sign a subcontractor agreement. • Maintain a clean job site. • Be respectful of our customer and their property. • Take great pride in your workmanship and in exceeding the customer's expectations. • Have great communication skills, with our customers and with the Zia Construction Group, LLC. management team.
