We're taking the intimidation factor out of gun safety! Join us 6/5 for a class to help you protect yourself inside & outside of your home. Join NRA Certified Instructor John Seaton for a beginner’s guide to buying and owning your first gun. This class is for you if: You’re considering getting your concealed carry certification, but feel intimidated by the process.You’ve thought about purchasing a gun to protect yourself, but you don’t know how to choose the one that’s best for you.You already have a gun, but would like to feel more comfortable handling it.This class will be approximately 2 hours of instruction inside The Annex Collaborative Studio, followed by a guided in-store tour at (neighboring building) Superior Pawn. You’ll have the opportunity to handle different pistols and ask your specific questions in a non-shooting class environment. In this class, you’ll learn: How to protect yourself with a firearm inside and outside of your home. The basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely.The fundamentals of shooting; including specific standing positions. What considerations to take when you pick out a gun & shop for ammunition. Class attendees will be given a special discount to use at Superior Pawn for their choice of $50 off the purchase of a firearm OR $100 off an annual membership to the shooting range for unlimited visits at ALL Superior Pawn locations (2 in Virginia Beach, 1 in Norfolk, and 1 in Hampton).
