To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, The Ready Set Flow Co. will be facilitating an immersive 2.5-hour holistic wellness workshop. YOU ARE INVITED! Join us for a donation-based workshop led by AAPI business owners teaching mindfulness, movement, and holistic sleep hygiene for better mental health to our growing communities. Our goal leading up to this weekend of wellness is to raise $600 to support AMHC in their mission to normalize + de-stigmatize mental health within the Asian community. We are so excited to share this value-packed offering with YOU: This in-person workshop will be limited to 10 guests to offer a safe, supportive, and intimate learning space. You will be led by Holistic Life Coach, Jacqueline + Integrative Medicine Doctor, Dr. Limosnero Your 🎟️ includes a variety of guided sessions, lectures, support materials, and gift bags for you to enjoy during + after the event concludes.
