Barbecue is a cooking method, a style of food, and a name for a meal or gathering at which this style of food is cooked and served. In this series we will go over the 4 most common methods of BBQ. Smoking, Grilling, Roasting (Pit BBQ), Braising.
Grilling usually involves a significant amount of direct, radiant heat, and tends to be used for cooking meat and vegetables quickly. Special guest, Bob the Butcher will go over butchery techniques while break down a Hnd Quarter. We'll go over the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces. In true Ranch 45 style there will also be plenty of time for gathering as well.
