Property management company needs tile worker and maintenance handyman.

Need Tile worker to remove carpet and tile living room, bedroom and hallway of apartment in Yucca Valley. Must have own tile saw, tools and references.
Also need ongoing maintenance person:
Will be performing swamp cooler maintenance and repair, installing kitchen faucets, sink drains, unclog drains, repair water heaters, troubleshoot wall heaters, etc. Experience in rental turnovers. Perform trash-out service, get units rent-ready by deep cleaning and repairing any issues; check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, check plumbing, repair leaks or clogged drains, etc. Patch and repair holes, change door hardware, prep and paint units as necessary. Handy replacing faucets, fixing water heaters, etc. Please email your experience, available tools, rate and contact number.
