Technicians get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master Toyota Technician, Toyota led training classes as well as Toyota on-line training. We start our technicians at $16.00/hour and offer all full time benefits, including health care, 401k, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick day and much more. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service. Career Path 1- Entry level Technician (Express Lane- Oil changes, tire rotation, Multiply point inspection) 2- Main Shop Express Technician (Oil Changes, Tire rotations, Multiply Point inspection, Brakes, Tires, Flushes) 3 - Used Vehicle Technician - Inspecting and Fixing pre-owned vehicles for Grants Pass Toyota 4- Main shop Technician Inspection and fixing customer vehicles During all levels of growth, technicians get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master Toyota Technician, Toyota led training classes as well as Toyota on-line training. RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first. Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Ensures the customer’s needs are understood. REQUIREMENTS: Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Basic computer skills.
