Searching for roommate/mommy’s helper: I am looking for a single female roommate who is open to a unique opportunity. Asking for childcare (1 ~8 yr. Old girl) & light housework, 8-12 hours a week, in exchange for reduced rent. Renting the master bedroom, furnished, private en suite bath and walk-in closet. All utilities, pool, onsite laundry and WiFi included. I just had a woman live with me for a year with this situation and it worked out great for both of us. More details provided for interested party. This could be good for a semi-retired lady, college student or daycare worker. I need coverage 1-2 evenings and occasional weekend coverage 4-6 hours.
