Come experience the magic of yoga in a serene environment of acres and acres of untouched land. Reconnect with Nature, Reconnect with Self. Immerse yourself in a serene environment that you feel safe, held, and FREE. Be amongst the trees, flowers, birds, and the breeze. Acres of space to spread out and breathe fresh air as you flow with ease. Mats are optional, as we re-connect and ground down into the earth. This is a 60 minutes yoga flow for all levels, and for every-body. Beginners welcome and encouraged. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious -awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively. Parking is up the small grass hill just past the round turn around. Park perpendicular to the fence on your left hand side. We will meet in the circle area next to the round about you came in on. This class is accessible to ALL as it is free , with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit.
