NORTHPORT, NY — Michael Mondo is helping to spread the gift of reading throughout the Town of Huntington. Mondo, a Boy Scout from Northport, crafted free library structures he made for his Eagle Scout community project. The one in Northport will be placed next to the information booth in Northport Village Park. Mondo has also placed other free libraries throughout the Huntington township.
