While there’s nothing like rosé in the summer sometimes only a red will do - we delve into the ins and outs of warm weather reds! A B O U TTo many American wines are about oaky and buttery California Chardonnay, broody and broad-shouldered Oregon Pinot, and overwrought Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon-- but did you know there's more to the United State's wine production than those two grapes? In fact, currently, we are experiencing a rennaissance of cutting edge and expiramental winemakign with some back-to-the-land viticulture and less interventionalist winemaking that is producign some exciting wines even beyond the Golden State! In this seminar, we will explore some of the most exciting wines, breaking with the norm, accross the United Stated in celebration of the 4th of July!
