MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain one of our student properties. You Have: A High School Diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write and communicate in English Appliance, Electrical, Painting and Plumbing experience a plus Pools and Spa experience a plus Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
