High Contrast/Ribbon Foilayage DEMO ONLY Join Amy in this in depth, interactive demo class as she shares the two signature ways she creates bold ribbons of brightness within foils while leaving gorgeous pockets of depth throughout the hair. Whether you’re a cosmetology student or a seasoned stylist who is looking to up their foiling game.....this class is for you! In this class we will talk about: 1. Product choice and consistency 2. Tool choices (the when’s and why’s) 3. Grey blending vs/ no grey blending 4. Sectioning and ribbon placement 5. How to get a good blend within a foil 6. How to tackle different hairlines when creating a money piece 7. How to create perfect ponytail details 8. Root shadow/glossing questions answered 9. Social media/photo help 10. Q and A section at the end of class Amy's classes are very easy going but also super interactive. Questions and connection are strongly encouraged, as she is relentless in making sure everyone is on the same page and that there aren’t any burning questions left unanswered before everyone leaves for the day.  Amy always teaches her classes on a mannequin, because it is so important to her to teach a technique as a whole concept rather than a one-size-fits-all type of rigid application. Teaching on a mannequin allows her to address different scenarios and variables so that her students know how to tackle the technique/look as a whole from different starting points. Because we all know that when we get behind the chair, no two heads of hair are the same! Her goal as an educator is to equip the stylist to have enough confidence that they won’t be hesitant to try what they’ve learned!!  This is a DEMO only class, so please remember to bring a notebook, a pen, a smile, and a willingness to learn!
