NORWALK, CT — Police are asking for help identifying the owner of a dog found loose in Norwalk this week. Police said on Twitter the dog was found near New Canaan Avenue on Tuesday. Police also posted a picture of the dog to their Twitter, which can be viewed here. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 203-854-3240.
