Description
DUNDALK, MD — More than one-third of Maryland's gas stations are without gas as of Thursday as the East Coast began to experience shortages following a cyberattack on the Colonial Pipeline. Although the pipeline has begun to restart operations, panic buying of gasoline has caused some stations to run out.
Colonial Pipeline has said it will take several days for the supply chain to return to normal. Until then, according to GasBuddy.com, several gas stations in Baltimore County are out of gasoline.
Drivers can scout ahead for fuel by using online tools, such as Gas Buddy's website and app, both which have updates about stations that still have gas supply and those that are running low.
The Shell at 6801 Broening Road still has fuel as of Thursday noon, according to GasBuddy.com, as does the 7-Eleven at 7501 Dunmanway.
