Stone Clinical Laboratories is thrilled to announced the hiring of Dr. Carmen Kletecka, M.D. as the companies. Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Kletecka will work with Stone to advance clinical development of the company. Dr. Kletecka is a highly-respected pathologist licensed in the areas of anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology. She received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in in 2006 and is certified in the fields of clinical pathology, anatomic pathology, and molecular genetic pathology. Dr. Kletecka serves as an assistant professor at the LSU School of Medicine and is the Medical Director for Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at VAGLAHS. Her main clinical interest is in molecular genetic pathology and she has written many publications on this and other topics.We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Kletecka to our team as our new Chief Medical Officer.
