Our specialty is SunRooms and Patio covers Competitive Compensation!  (Competitive starting salary based on experience) The person we are looking for is trainable, trustworthy, comfortable with tools, safety-minded, punctual, approachable, communicates clearly with the Homeowner and crew. We are looking for a long-term employee who wants to be part of the process of building our team. The position would train to successfully execute these duties: -Layout of job -Communicate with production and operations about the job(s) -Troubleshoot and find solutions for unforeseen circumstances with efficiency -Understand the project and be able to guide helper(s) as needed -Analyze full picture of the job and breakdown into steps as needed -Delegate steps as needed -Stay on schedule with build -Be able to prepare for the next project on schedule The tools that would be most helpful for you to be comfortable with are: *Drills *Impacts *Speed square *Measuring tapes *Levels *Saws - Chop, skill, table *Rotary hammer If you are looking to finally get your foot in the door, and given “that chance you know you are worth” we want to hear from you.
