Job duties include minor repairs, landscape maintenance, leasing apartments, etc. Apartments have private entry, with washer & dryer in every unit, and detached garage. Manager pay includes residing in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment on the premises, plus salary. Manager will be an independent contractor, not an employee.
