Established in 1971, Thomas Family Farm, Inc. is an organic cut flower farm delivering to local and specialty grocers to San Francisco and the East Bay. Full time. Workday begins at 4am. Compensation $18 to start. LOTS of room for growth! Sick pay, holiday bonuses, paid vacation. Duties include: Safely drive and deliver fresh flower orders to stores throughout the Bay Area Job requirements: Be able to lift 40-50lbs. (loading and unloading buckets/boxes of flowers) Experience driving a 14ft box truck English speaking (bilingual in Spanish a plus) Provide two work references Pass a background check Valid CA driver's license Clean DMV record Consistent ON TIME attendance is crucial Team oriented Detail oriented Strong work ethic Ability to maintain composure on the job
