seeking Unlicensed care home for Senior

Hi Thanks for reading. My uncle is already in an Unlicensed senior care home in Bakersfield, and we want to get him back up to Northern California. If anyone has any leads. He need basic care, He is mobile, can walk around and eat on his own. He has medical, medicare, ssi and IHSS hours. His social worker suggested we find an unlicensed facility in Los Banos and Watsonville, anywhere in northern california....but how to go about finding one?
