TEMECULA, CA — This week, Southland area high school girls tennis teams began their push for CIF Southern Section Playoffs in the season that almost wasn't: Winter 2021. On Wednesday, the Great Oak High School girls varsity tennis team battled it out vs. Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, 15 games to 3, ending their 2021 run at the championships. Across the Southland, schools are taking to the courts for their division matchups that continue Friday, May 14.
