Maintenance Southpoint Communities 14142 Lorraine Road, Biloxi, MS 39532 Full Job Description We have a 100 space community in Biloxi, 2.2 miles north of the 10 freeway. We value our residents and maintain high-quality communities for our residents. We are in need of maintenance workers that would assist our Property Manager and Maintenance Lead with work orders, grounds upkeep, etc. You will be responsible for your assigned work orders, as well as assisting in home turnovers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Light Plumbing Repairs Flooring Drywall Repairs Electrical Repairs Roof Repairs Deck Repairs Painting Lawn care/Weed Removal Trash Pickup 2+ years of maintenance/renovation experience required. Familiarity with phone apps and taking pictures is a plus. There is a maintenance bonus program in place to earn bonuses for completing work orders and home turnovers in a timely manner.
