Our company is called Goldstar insulation. We are looking to expand our labor and sales team. Sales are commission based and we provide leads, majority of them are contractors that would subcontract the work to us. We do a basic training to learn about what insulation is and the different types. Our labor teams are the crews that actually go and perform these jobs they’re paid hourly depending on skill level The different crew positions are driver, feeder, blower(person in the attic) sprayer assistant, sprayer (spray foam), and removal. We’re also looking to expand Goldstar maintenance that deals in remodels current project is in Boca Raton. that can use some extra hands.
