Enjoy It - We get satisfaction from working hard and making homes great Who are you? • You are a professional, looking to improve the lives of our customers and make a difference each day • You love to work with your hands building things • You are looking for a career - someplace you can learn and begin building for your future • You buy into our mission of making homes great and can live our values • You are ready to learn a new trade - take instruction, get advise, work as a team Our Expectations • Start everyday on time, ready to work with heart, body and mind in the right place for a successful day • Review jobs with your lead an foreman; load job and be on the road in 30 minutes or less from start of work day • Arrive at worksite looking tight and right, meet the homeowner and conduct walk through to review job expectations prior to starting work • Help keep an efficient and SAFE job site daily keeping you and your lead protected from fall, electrical, mechanical, chemical and other jobsite hazards. • Stay in sync with homeowner throughout the install delivering an excellent product along with excellent homeowner experience • Be receptive to, coaching and direction giving by your lead during the day, they are working to build the next generation of craftsman installers • Help educate the homeowner on their new products once installed and conduct final paperwork required to complete the project. • Daily communication up and across the chain of command with lead, foreman, coordinators, division manager and others on problems, opportunities, ideas, and all other needed information. • You are an overall positive team member living our values and successfully executing the mission. Minimum Skills & Certifications • Previous use of power tools a plus. Helpful but not required! • Ability to work with little to no supervision once shown the correct way • Must have a good driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle and maintain excellent driving record • Maintain professional presentation Physical Requirements • 75% or more of day spent standing, walking, crawling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting and operating tools • Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. • Comfortable working in extreme environmental conditions including: wet and humid weather, working in extreme cold or heat, working near mechanical or moving parts, working on a ladder or roof, - always maintaining safety protocols and PPE.
