Mobile Home Park Hiring for Grounds Maintenance Person
Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds and the park-owned facilities.
Full-Time.
We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well with-in a
team. Anyone with plumbing or electrical experience would be ideal.
Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:
- Basic landscape maintenance
- Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc
- Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs. We will train.
- Facility maintenance
- Parking lot maintenance
- Working with underground utilities such as sewer and water lines. We can train
- Machine and small engine maintenance a plus
- Projects, that may include digging, painting, carpentry, trash outs,
fence building, putting up street lights, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and bend. Lifting of tools and equipment
- Experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant
work experience is a plus.
- Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
environment are key to making this position a success!
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation:
Based on experience.
Some overtime opportunities will at times be available.
