I have a red-eared slider turtle who needs to be rehomed. He is a bit over a year old, about a year and 3 months, and is very cute and entertaining. He eats well and has no apparent health issues. I rescued him last spring, but he's outgrown his current tank and unfortunately I am unable to provide him the larger setup that he needs. I'm looking to adopt him out to a person or family who have experience with turtles or are seriously interested in caring for one and willing to do the research necessary to learn about them. He'll need minimum 30-40 gallon tank with decent filtration and proper heating and lighting. If you're interested, please respond through the email and tell me a little about yourself and your experience/knowledge of reptiles and/or specifically turtles. He will not come with enclosure, as the one he's in is already a bit too small, but I can potentially offer some decor and some of the heating/lighting. Email please!
