I'm moving into my mother's home in Menifee; this is a big move and the house is more than I can handle alone, so I'm looking for a housemate to share my home, available after June 15, ~$1000/mo. Ideally, this would be another retired lady with a reliable income, looking for a permanent home. It includes a bedroom, furnished or unfurnished, bathroom, washer/dryer, cable/wifi, central heating/air, dishwasher, all kitchen privileges.
