THE RALEIGH HOUSE in Watkins, CO is a wellness retreat-style addictions residential treatment center set in 40-acres of ranch land. We need a Maintenance Person to work on the property, maintain buildings, and to assist with outdoor projects. The Maintenance Person must be able to work independently to assure the building interiors and exteriors are clean and clutter-free. General janitorial tasks, landscaping, interior/exterior repairs, and maintenance. May participate in projects and some ranch supports. Must be able to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients and guests. MUST REPLY WITH RESUME AND INCLUDE BRIEF COVER LETTER OR NOTE W/ YOUR EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER. - Diagnosis and repair issues, to interior and exterior of buildings and property - Proactively troubleshoot or make minor repairs to systems and equipment, within your scope of experience and skills set - Assist with outdoor projects and minor landscaping tasks, including fencing, hardscape, sheds, etc. - Empty / Remove trash from buildings and outdoor containers - Water indoors and patio plants - Maintain walkways and patios - Clear snow, mud from walks and common areas - Report supplies needed - Seasonal tasks: assist with winterizing property, windows, deep-clean common areas, etc. Requirements: - 3+ years experience landscaping, janitorial, and/or maintenance work - Must be able to lift 50 lbs - Must be able to withstand outdoor work in Colorado plains weather (snow, wind, rain, heat) MUST have reliable transportation, year-round MUST pass pre-employment drug screen.
