JOLIET, IL — The high school seniors of 2021 have had an experience like no other in a century -- a year upended by a pandemic and by lockdowns that kept them from enjoying many of the activities that previous seniors have taken for granted. Patch hopes to help make it up to those seniors by giving them a special sendoff. We asked parents and other family members pay tribute to this year's grads using a special submission form so we can publish those tributes one by one. William Berry will graduate from Joliet Catholic Academy. Plans after graduation: Attending Northern State University in South Dakota Accomplishments: 2018-2019 State Football Championship; 2021 voted #1 Offensive Lineman all Conference. Special message: After losing your Dad at 5, I wasn't sure what I would do. But look at you now!!! Thanks to all our family, JCA family and friends you most definitely pulled through and made me proud.
