And check out Denver Cats dot org website for its capture and spay or neuter! One ear tip clipped indicates feral already fixed so no need. Also contact them about feral kittens if you find any. (not a shelter) A feral cat needs daily water, food and shelter. Maybe someone left it when they movéd and now it is struggling by no fault of it's own.
