Press release from the City of Westlake: May 13, 2021 In celebration of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, Westlake Mayor Dennis M. Clough presented a Proclamation recognizing the hardworking staff at Concord Reserve (formerly Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve) on Thursday, May 13. Executive Director Bruce McNabb accepted the Proclamation on behalf of the organization.  Newsweek recently named Concord Reserve the 5th best nursing home in Ohio.
