Press release from the City of Encinitas: May 11, 2021 ATTENTION ENCINITANS: Construction work on Lone Jack Road near Little Oaks Park will be taking place from 7:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday from now until early August. Heavy delays are expected so please avoid this area during these specific working hours unless necessary.
